This month we are very pleased to welcome a new Guest Artist to our ArtontheHill Blog

Susan Ewing lives in Kent and is an accomplished painter in several mediums.

Two of her paintings are featured here and we are delighted she has agreed to be a part of this month’s post.

After a very wet winter it is great to see the sun once again, and soon we are already getting outdoors to photograph subjects for our paintings.  If it is warm enough we can even paint outside!

As usual we also have 2 paintings from each of our regular contributors, Margaret Woolls, Maureen James, David Bousfield and Brian Tucker

Some are new paintings from their travels and some from their portfolios.

We do hope you enjoy looking at them and as ever please let us know if you like them.

We have been publishing posts now for nearly a year so here we are with our first post for 2014.

Happy New Year to all our readers and followers.

This month our regular contributors have produced some new artwork as well as some from their collections and once again our friend Peter Robson has sent us a watercolour as our Guest artist, thanks Peter.
